CODEPENDENCE: LOVING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS
Presenter: Mary Richardson, MA, LISAC
Codependence can take many forms, yet in one form or another it is always about the dysfunctional ways that we think, act and feel in our relating to people, places and things, including our intimate relationships. Codependence is learned behaviors, which means it can be unlearned. This workshop will focus on the specific characteristics and pathology of codependence, how it affects our ability to be intimate in our relationships and the relationship recovery process.
